SMALL GROUP CLASSES

Small group classes are intentionally limited to just 2–3 participants, creating an intimate training environment that allows for individualized coaching, close attention to movement quality, and meaningful progress without the cost of private one-on-one sessions. This small-group format provides the perfect balance of personalized instruction, accountability, and camaraderie, while remaining more affordable and accessible for those seeking expert guidance in strength, mobility, balance, flexibility, conditioning, and overall performance.

If you are interested in joining a small group class, and depending on availability and scheduling, simply choose a time that works best for you and your friends. With only 2–3 participants per class, sessions are designed to provide a more personalized, supportive, and flexible training experience while accommodating individual goals and schedules.

AXIS ROTATIONAL PERFORMANCE CONDITIONING CLASS

ROTATIONAL PERFORMANCE CONDITIONING

Train The Body To Move Better

AXIS is a specialized small group training class designed to improve the way the body moves, stabilizes, rotates, and performs. Modern athletics — and everyday life — require efficient movement through multiple planes of motion, especially rotational control and force transfer. Whether swinging a golf club, hitting a tennis ball, throwing, skiing, lifting, or simply maintaining balance and mobility as we age, the body must be able to create, absorb, and control rotational forces effectively.

AXIS focuses on developing the foundational qualities that support athletic movement and long-term physical health: balance, strength, mobility, flexibility, coordination, stability, and rotational performance. Through intelligently structured training sessions, participants learn how to move more efficiently while improving body awareness, posture, joint mechanics, and movement control.

Rotational Force Production

A major emphasis of AXIS is improving the body’s ability to generate and transfer force through the hips, core, spine, and shoulders. Rotational sports and activities place unique demands on the body, requiring strength, timing, sequencing, and coordination between multiple regions simultaneously.

Training includes rotational strength exercises, resistance training, anti-rotation stabilization drills, and movement-based conditioning that challenge the body to produce controlled power safely and effectively. These methods help improve athletic performance while also enhancing the ability to move explosively, maintain control under load, and create more efficient movement patterns.

For golfers, tennis players, pickleball athletes, baseball players, hockey players, skiers, and active adults, improving rotational mechanics can lead to greater consistency, improved movement quality, enhanced power production, and better overall physical confidence.

Mobility, Flexibility Flexibility, & Movement Quality

Restricted mobility and poor movement mechanics often contribute to compensation patterns, stiffness, reduced performance, and increased physical stress on joints and connective tissues. AXIS incorporates mobility and flexibility training to improve movement capacity throughout the hips, thoracic spine, shoulders, ankles, and surrounding fascial systems.

Sessions may include dynamic mobility drills, flexibility work, controlled movement patterns, balance training, breathing mechanics, and postural integration exercises designed to restore efficient movement and improve body alignment. Improving mobility not only enhances athletic performance, but can also help participants move with greater ease and comfort in everyday life.

This integrated approach helps athletes improve movement efficiency while supporting healthier mechanics throughout the body.

Stability, Balance Balance, & Resilience

The ability to stabilize effectively is essential for both performance and injury reduction. AXIS places significant emphasis on balance, coordination, joint stability, and neuromuscular control to help participants build a more resilient body capable of adapting to physical demands.

Training challenges the body through multiple planes of motion and varying positions to improve proprioception, balance reactions, coordination, and muscular control. By strengthening stabilizing systems and improving movement awareness, participants develop greater physical confidence and body control during both athletic activity and daily movement.

This focus on resilience helps reduce unnecessary stress placed on vulnerable areas such as the lower back, hips, knees, shoulders, elbows, and neck — areas commonly affected by repetitive rotational sports and aging-related movement limitations.

Performance Longevity & Injury Reduction for Athletes of all Ages

AXIS is designed for athletes and active individuals of all ages and abilities who want to continue performing at a high level while supporting long-term physical health and durability. The class environment combines individualized attention with the energy and motivation of small group training, allowing participants to progress safely and effectively at their own level.

Whether your goals are improving sports performance, increasing mobility and strength, reducing stiffness, enhancing balance, preventing injuries, or simply maintaining an active lifestyle, AXIS provides a comprehensive approach to movement and athletic conditioning.

The ultimate goal of AXIS is not only to improve performance today, but to help participants build a stronger, more mobile, more resilient body capable of continuing the activities they enjoy for years to come.
